Its true. I believe that its a great relief and its a great gift. This is how we can start new things again. I personally try not to go into memory beyond last five year (unless essential to carry out day today work) and find that the life is more intresting. I do truly believe that when you listen to your True Self it cannot lead you to a wrong direction. You won't feel like driving at 80mph, you won't feel like hurting anyone who depended on you etc.. Your True Self knows what is best for you and those around you. It makes decisions based on love and faith. If you listen to it, you cannot go wrong. I truly believe in it.
